Pick a prompt and click "Start 40:00 Timer" to simulate exam conditions.
The clock turns Orange at 15 mins and Red at 5 mins.
Write until the bar turns Green (250+ words).
In a Two-Part Question, the examiner is looking for a balanced answer. A common mistake is writing 80% of the essay on the first question and only 20% on the second.
To get a Band 7+, aim for the 50/50 Rule: dedicate one full body paragraph to answering the first question, and the second full body paragraph to the second. This ensures your Task Response score remains high by covering all parts of the prompt equally.
