General Training
Task 1 — General Writing
Designed for candidates planning to migrate or undertake work-related training in English-speaking countries. You'll write a letter — personal, semi-formal, or formal — in at least 150 words.
Academic & General
Task 2 — Essay Writing
Both Academic and General test-takers must respond to a question or prompt with a clear, logical argument of at least 250 words in 40 minutes. Topics cover education, environment, technology, social issues, and more. Your essay should have a well-organised introduction, developed body paragraphs, and a conclusion.
