Tips for Part 3 Prep and Delivery
- Take 10–20 seconds to quickly plan your answer; think of 1–2 examples if possible.
- Use the ARC structure: Answer the question directly, give a Reason or example, then add a short Conclusion or reflection.
- Try to speak in 3–4 sentences; avoid yes/no answers.
- Use linking words: "For example…", "In addition…", "As a result…"
- Keep your answer clear, natural, and confident. Don't rush — pause slightly between sentences if needed.

Give a clear and direct response to the question.
R – Reason
Explain why you think that or give support for your view.
C – Conclusion
Summarise, generalise, or add a short comment to finish smoothly.
