              1. Match the Tone<\/strong>: Make sure your tone fits the task. You wouldn\u2019t write, \u201cYo, boss!\u201d in a formal letter, and you wouldn\u2019t address your best friend as \u201cDear Sir.\u201d<\/li>\n
              2. Get Specific<\/strong>: Add realistic details to make your letter sound natural. Instead of, \u201cI bought a thing from your store,\u201d<\/em> say, \u201cI purchased a blue toaster from your Downtown branch last Tuesday.\u201d<\/em><\/li>\n
